  • A one-hour video conference call with Q & A.

Interview Preparation - Intermediate

An interview for a new job or promotion can be the difference between success and failure.  It is important to be prepared when you get that opportunity. Being selected to fill today’s challenging leadership positions require significant preparation to succeed.

The intermediate coaching session will include:

  • A thorough review of your cover letter and resume, plus a comprehensive written evaluation if needed.
  • A written evaluation of the specific job opportunity you are seeking.
  • A detailed, comprehensive list of potential interview questions.
  • A detailed evaluation of the interview process with a written plan so you can be 100% confident when you interview.
  • A comprehensive list of dos and don’ts for in-person, virtual, and group interviews.
  • A four-hour intensive interview preparation video conference where a list of 10 potential questions is developed.
  • As part of the four-hour video conference, I will conduct a structured interview with the ten potential questions that were developed and provide feedback on the responses.

Interview Preparation - Advanced

The advanced coaching session will include:

  • A thorough review of your cover letter and resume, plus a comprehensive written evaluation if needed.

  • A detailed, comprehensive list of potential interview questions.
  • A detailed evaluation of the interview process with a written plan so you can be 100% confident when you interview.
  • A comprehensive list of dos and don’ts for in-person, virtual, and group interviews.
  • I will travel to you and conduct a comprehensive eight-hour in-person interview preparation meeting.
  • We will develop a list of twenty potential interview questions.
  • I will conduct multiple mock interviews and provide extensive feedback on the responses.
