Refund and Returns Policy

This store sells digital downloads, print-on-demand products, and bookmarks. Print-on-demand items are only processed based on the order placed, and the manufacturer does not accept returns.

However, if you receive damaged goods in the mail, please take a photo of the damaged merchandise and send it to support@printful.com, and they will send you a new product at no charge.

If you can’t get the digital download to work correctly or there is an issue with a bookmark order, please contact us below at the email address listed.
